     Miniature Schnauzer Puppies

The Miniature Schnauzer is a small dog that originated in Germany. The breed came about after breeding Standard Schnauzer with other smaller breeds like Affenpinscher and Poodle. It is among the most popular dogs in the world simply because of its small size and temperament. You can find the Miniature Schnauzer puppies in black, salt & pepper, black & silver and white colors. It is currently the 11th most popular dog in the United States as of 2008.

    Appearance

The Miniature Schnauzer is square in proportion. Its head is rectangular in shaped. It has a strong muzzle which is blunt. The nose is black. The jaws, on the other hand, makes a scissor bite. The dog has deep set small eyes which are dark brown in color. The ears are set high on the head and make a V shape which folds close to the head. The dog’s front legs are straight and the docked tail is usually erect. What is more is that the Miniature Schnauzer puppies San Diego have a double coat. The undercoat is soft and the outer wiry. Often times, the coat is clipped to form a bushy beard, eye brows and mustache.

    Temperament

The Miniature Schnauzer is a loving and happy dog. They are usually energetic, intelligent and playful. They get well with children and love human company hence preferred as pets. When it comes to training, the Miniature Schnauzer puppies learn quickly. This is because of their being docile, affectionate, keen and devoted to learn.
